AMERICAN KENPO KARATE MN is an informal group of American Kenpo instructors, students and others in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota area formed for the purpose of promoting training programs, communicating opportunities, and sharing information related to Kenpo and the martial arts.  MEMBER access at this site is restricted to current and former students of participating programs.

CHAMPION YOUTH PROGRAMS has provided American Kenpo Karate classes for youths, teens and adults in the Twin Cities area for over 25 years.  It is owned and operated by Norm Rolando who holds an 8th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo with 50 years experience in the martial arts and 40 years experience teaching .  Mr. Rolando continues to teach classes daily in conjunction with a competent group of other instructors he has trained in this program.

Classes are not held in a dedicated "dojo" but are offered primarily through Community Education Programs around the area.   Champion Youth Programs currently operates at 7 different locations.  There are classes available Monday - Saturday.
